Zen Zero conditioning is a program dedicated to releasing stress, worries and pain in modern society.

Inspired by the philosophy of Zen and Yoga, ZZC offers an original method for physical and mental conditioning.

In order to navigate life's challenges as calmly as possible, it is essential to neutralize your body and mind in a neutral state (0).

At ZZC, we support you in reaching your goal through a global group session and expert ressources available on our Member Page.

By using this neutral state as a foundation and by recording and sharing your daily achievements with a supportive community, focus on your defined Key Actions.

This will allow you to steadily move towards your goals, and live a calm, healthy, and confident life.

ZZC is specially designed for those who : 

  • Are facing unemployment, break ups or toxic environments

  • Experience excessive daily stress from work or relationship pressures

  • Feel stuck from relationship worries with their partner, family and society

  • Feel a lack of motivation or constant fatigue

  • Want to manage better irritability and anger

  • Are overwhelmed and don't know where to start

  • Are not athletic but want to start a healthy exercise habit

  • Want to live a healthy and vibrant life

  • Want to join a community with similar interest 

  • Feel a sense of dissatisfaction in their daily lives

  • Want to improve their English through an international community

  • Have interest in Buddhism and Zen culture

No restrictions concerning country of residence, age, gender, athletic ability, etc, everyone is welcome to join. 

Regular Online group session

Duration : 1 hour 10 min (choose once or two times a week)

Composition : approximately 30 international members.

Each session is made up of 7 steps : 

  1. Share your feelings : we listen to your honest feelings right now and accept them neutrally.

  2. Share your Key Actions : every month, decide what you truly want to do and work on it daily. Your progress would be shared on each session.

  3. Yoga : we will do movements that involve the whole body, including Sun Salutations postures. Beginners are welcomed to participate.

  4. Body Exercise : Short bursts of high-intensity exercises (including planks) to refresh the mind and body.

  5. Japanese : Incorporation of Japanese lecture related to the ZZC philosophy.

  6. Stretching : Stretch thoroughly your entire body to reset fatigue.

  7. Meditation : Essential moment to reset your heart to a neutral state (0).

The member page is available on PC and smartphone.

The information below are incorporated on the Member Page : 

  1. Achieve video of the previous session (If you were absent to the session, you may follow the 7 step by watching the video)

  2. Daily record of Key Actions (You can also comment on other members' actions, allowing members to encourage each other)

  3. Short videos (We upload short videos focusing on different body parts. Please use them for daily physical and mental maintenance)

  4. Japanese language

Questions and Answers

Who can participate to the sessions ?

Everybody from accross the world is welcomed to maintain your body and international contact.

What if I struggle with English ?

No worries about your level, our program is fully explained in a basic English to make it understandable.

Can we pay in multiples times ?

We don't allow multiples payments as our program is a monthly subscription.

Are debutants allowed to participate ?

Yes, no level is required to join the program as everybody improve gradually.

What material is needed for the sessions ?

Equip yourself with a mat for the floor, comfortable clothes and a bottle of water for each session.

Do I need to speak Japanese ?

No, our program is fully teached in english to allow people from accross the world to participate.

What if I was absent to one session ?

Each week, the last session will be upload on the member page. You will be able to do it by yourself ! 

If because of my schedules, I can't join any session ?

We upload every week the achieve session, which you have access to do it at home.
