What is Zen Zero Conditioning ?

ZZC is a program dedicated to releasing stress, worries and pain in modern society.

Inspired by the philosophy of Zen and Yoga, ZZC offers an original method for physical and mental conditioning. (※It is not a religion)

In order to navigate life's challenges as calmly as possible, it is essential to neutralize your body and mind in a neutral state (0).

At ZZC, we support you in reaching your goal through a global group session and expert ressources available on our Member Page.

By using this neutral state as a foundation and by recording and sharing your daily achievements with a supportive community, focus on your defined Key Actions.

This will allow you to steadily move towards your goals, and live a calm, healthy, and confident life.

Participants

ZZC is specially designed for those who : 

  • Are facing unemployment, break ups or toxic environments

  • Experience excessive daily stress from work or relationship pressures

  • Feel stuck from relationship worries with their partner, family and society

  • Feel a lack of motivation or constant fatigue

  • Want to manage better irritability and anger

  • Are overwhelmed and don't know where to start

  • Are not athletic but want to start a healthy exercise habit

  • Want to live a healthy and vibrant life

  • Want to join a community with similar interest 

  • Feel a sense of dissatisfaction in their daily lives

  • Want to improve their English through an international community

  • Have interest in Buddhism and Zen culture​​

No restrictions concerning country of residence, age, gender, athletic ability, etc..

Program

ZZC is a method that approaches your mind and body.

Online group session

Duration : 1 hour 10 min (choose once or two times a week)

Composition : approximately 30 international members.

Each session is made up of 7 steps : 

  1. Share your feelings : we listen to your honest feelings right now and accept them neutrally.

  2. Share your Key Actions : every month, decide what you truly want to do and work on it daily. Your progress would be shared on each session.

  3. Yoga : we will do movements that involve the whole body, including Sun Salutations postures.

  4. Body Exercise : Short bursts of high-intensity exercises (including planks) to refresh the mind and body.

  5. Japanese : Incorporation of Japanese lecture related to the ZZC philosophy.

  6. Stretching : Stretch thoroughly your entire body to reset fatigue.

  7. Meditation : Essential moment to reset your heart to a neutral state (0).

Born and raised in Japan, I have lived in France for eight years and built a career in marketing and international communications for major global companies. Today, in my 40s, I live in a traditional old Japanese house in a small town in Saitama Prefecture.

Through my search for a new life philosophy, the actual consumerism became questionable. A way of life that values ​​the few things that are truly necessary for human beings was needed. I believe that it is essential to bring the mind and body to a neutral state in order to face our stressful society. Inspired by the philosophies of Zen and Yoga, I created ZZC to provide, as a guide, sessions and information to troubled people all over the world.
